RS-5 PRELIMINARY SPECS
Here are some basic specifications for the new long awaited
CAE RS-5 Midi Foot Controller:

is truly a "mini RS-10" and therefore contains many
of the features that made
the RS-10 such a legendary controller for guitar systems.

Older
RS-10MKII's can be upgraded to
the RS-5 spec, but not until RS-5's begin
shipping.

1. Same size as the former RS-10MKII, as it is based on the
same circuit board, steel chassis, black powder coat..
2. 25 Banks of 5 "Presets"
3. 5 "Direct Access" controller switches (with another
5 controllers sent per "preset")
4. Separate BANK Up/Down Switches
5. Separate Edit/Store Switch.
6. Multiple program change commands(4)on separate channels sent
per "preset".
7. Bank "limit" function allows setting the total
number of banks used (user definable).
8. Supports up to 3 "expanders"
9. Mutually exclusive "interlocking" of "direct
access" switches (user definable).
10. "Momentary" controller capability.
